You (on behalf of your organisation) are only authorised to access or use the NFP Accelerator Toolkit website (website) if you accept and agree to these terms and conditions (terms). Your continued use of the website is acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, these terms, and any modifications to them. FC Marketing (owner of the NFP Accelerator Toolkit) has the right to exclude (in its sole discretion) any users from accessing the website if they are found to be in breach of these terms. 


Who Operates this Site 

This Site is operated by FC Marketing ABN: 53 416 679 118. These Terms and Conditions must be read in conjunction with FC Marketing’s Privacy Policy and are in addition to, and do not nullify or supersede any other agreement that you have signed with us to govern our relationship. We may change the content and/or services on this Site without notice including these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy. Your continued access to, or use of, the Site means that you agree to and accept the changes we make. Charges and Fees for Services & Products 

All prices quoted on this site are Australian Dollars. By subscribing to our online membership, you agree as follows: 

To pay, using a valid credit card or PayPal, the fixed periodic charge set out on this website plus applicable taxes. FC Marketing will bill your chosen credit card or direct debit bank account on receipt of your request to become a member 


To subscribe your organisation must be registered as a Deductible Gift Recipient with the Australian Tax Office. If your organisation does not have DGR status your membership will be suspended. FC Marketing reserves the right to cancel your membership without notice in this event. 


In the event that we do not receive payment, we reserve the right to terminate your access until payment is received by us 


All Fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are exclusive of any applicable GST, except where otherwise stated. 


FC Marketing reserve the right to increase the fees, upon reasonable advance notice communicated to you through a posting on this website or such other means as we may deem appropriate from time to time (including electronic mail or conventional mail). 

In addition to the membership fee, you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with connecting to this website, including without limitation all telephone access lines (including long-distance charges, when applicable), internet service provider fees, telephone and computer equipment, sales taxes and any other fees and charges necessary to access our toolkit. 


For the purposes of your use and purchase of our services, including identification and billing, you agree to provide us with true, accurate, current and complete information as required including your complete legal name, address, telephone number, email address and applicable billing information (e.g., credit card number and expiration date) as required. 


If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that this is the case, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your user account. 


Cancellation of Subscription 

You may cancel your subscription in line with our cancellation policy and this will be refunded via PayPal. A full refund will only be provided if you have completed two modules within a six month period and you still do not believe you have received value for your annual subscription. This refund will apply regardless of your subscription package. 


FC Marketing may immediately suspend, terminate or limit your access to the Toolkit if: 

  •  you are in breach of the Terms of Use and (i) the breach is something which cannot be remedied, or (ii) you fail to remedy the breach within 7 days of our written notice to you of that breach; 

  • we believe on reasonable grounds that there is a real risk of serious loss or damage to FC Marketing or another if we do not suspend, terminate or limit your access to the website; 

  • the law requires us to do so; 

  • FC Marketing believes on reasonable grounds that providing access to the website to you is illegal or may become illegal; 

  • the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission issues a competition notice relating to FC Marketing or we believe on reasonable grounds that it will do so; or 

  • there is an emergency. 


Security of Information 

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as totally secure. Whilst we strive to protect such information, we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you transmit to us.
